No. Locarda structures and formats what you dictate. Interpretation, cause and manner of death, and sign-out stay with the pathologist.
Does it use our office template?
Yes. Upload the .docx template your office already uses, plus a few finished reports. Locarda drafts every case into that template, with your sections, headings and county letterhead, and exports it to Word.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Locarda runs in a HIPAA-compliant environment with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Details are on the Security page and the trust portal.
