Account & Login
Create your Locarda account, sign in, and manage your credentials.
Sign Up
When you first open Locarda, you'll see the welcome screen. You can create a new account using your email address.
Tap "Sign Up"
On the welcome screen, tap the Sign Up button.
Enter your details
Fill in your full name, email address, and choose a password. Your password must be at least 8 characters.
Tap "Create Account"
Review your information and tap Create Account. You'll receive a verification email shortly.
Tip: Use your work email address. When you export reports, they are sent to the email you signed up with.
Log In
If you already have an account, sign in with your email and password.
Tap "Log In"
On the welcome screen, tap Log In.
Enter your credentials
Type your email and password, then tap Sign In.
Reset Password
Forgot your password? You can reset it from the login screen.
Tap "Forgot Password?"
On the login screen, tap the Forgot Password? link below the password field.
Enter your email
Type the email address you signed up with and tap Send Reset Link.
Check your email
Open the password reset email and follow the link to create a new password.
Log in with your new password
Return to Locarda and sign in using your new password.
Note: The reset email may take a few minutes to arrive. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it. If you still don't receive it, contact founders@locarda.com.
Email Verification
After signing up, you'll need to verify your email address before you can use all of Locarda's features.
Check your inbox
Look for a verification email from Locarda. It should arrive within a few minutes of signing up.
Tap the verification link
Open the email and tap the Verify Email button or link.
Return to Locarda
Once verified, go back to Locarda. The app will recognize your verified status and let you continue.
Didn't receive the email? Tap Resend Verification Email on the verification screen in Locarda. Check your spam folder as well.
